Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a concert suite at BMO Stadium?

To rent a suite for a concert at BMO Stadium, click on the event you wish to attend to view available options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card information or by contacting the BMO Stadium Premium Team at [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the BMO Stadium Premium Team will reach out to confirm your reservation and coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All tickets will be delivered digitally and can be accessed through your Account Manager.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager, and a representative from the Premium Team will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets.

Will the suite be private to my group?

The level of privacy depends on the type of space you have reserved. All luxury suites listed on BMOStadiumSuites.com are fully private, while other premium spaces may vary in exclusivity. Please check the specific details for your selected space or contact the Premium Team for more information.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All suites, loge boxes, and club spaces are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the VIP Grand Lobby located in the Pepsi Plaza, northwest part of the stadium.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on BMOStadiumSuites.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

ACH/Wire payment accepted on a case-by-case basis after contacting your representative.

Is payment required in full

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

There is typically a stadium fee per transaction which varies per event. In-suite catering is not included with the suite purchase, and a menu will be provided with the total cost of each item/package.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. All suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled or canceled events, see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

To place an order, your BMO Stadium Representative will put you in touch via email with a contact from Legends. Legends will provide a catering menu with instructions on how to pre-order catering for the suite.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No. In-suite catering is not required and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and beverages individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

All costs will be provided in the catering menu. Packages are set based on the type of food and beverage—i.e., individual items vs. packages—and the number of people.

Can I purchase additional tickets (Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

The availability of additional tickets, such as Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets, depends on the product type you are purchasing. Many suites include the option to purchase up to six SROs. To confirm availability and complete your transaction, please contact your BMO Stadium representative.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children two (2) years of age and under do not require a separate ticket for admission into BMO Stadium. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending an event with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and BMO Stadium)?

BMO Stadium adheres to the Clear Bag policy which can be found here. For additional rules, refer to the BMO Stadium website closer to the event date or contact a representative from the Premium Seating Department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets will provide access to your suite, along with the club level where your suite is located.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Most premium spaces will include parking passes in Exposition Park’s general lots. You will be provided with details on where and how to park. Similar to your tickets, parking passes will be delivered digitally via Account Manager.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances are located near the northwest corner of the stadium and within Pepsi Plaza. Your BMO Stadium Premium Team Representative can provide additional information.

When does my suite open?

BMO Stadium gates typically open 90 minutes prior but gate times do vary depending on event. You will have access to your suite/premium space upon entry.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. An Event Day Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Event Day Suite Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, but it will still offer stadium favorites and beverages (water, soft drinks, beer, wine, liquor).

Do I tip our suite attendant?

While it is not required, gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated.
